(Ar-Room) 30 : 51
وَلَئِنْ أَرْسَلْنَا رِيحًا فَرَأَوْهُ مُصْفَرًّا لَظَلُّوا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ يَكْفُرُونَ
But if We send another wind and they saw their crops turned yellow, they would remain thereafter as disbelievers.
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who have made their food ‘rejecting Adhikr’ will never change their attitude even by seeing the punishment. That is why their similitude is compared to a dog which never changes its attitude whether disturbed or not as explained in verses 7: 175-176. The Fujjar will never believe even if the dead speak to them as explained in verse 6: 111. See explanation 2: 266; 16: 89 and 17: 59.
